I actually live in Christina, and there's an ice cream shop two minutes from my house, but I'd gladly drive farther just because of how Benji treated me. He was welcoming, patient, and made the whole experience worth the drive. Today, the owner's son made a big deal out of something petty and even called his father amd what i mean about petty was a $2.40 type of petty. That is not customer service. Management needs to understand this: people come back for how they're treated. Undermining good staff over nonsense costs you loyal customers. Benji represents the business well. Treat that as an asset, not a problem. So I hope to see Benji there when I come back but the owner or the owners son doesn't make a big deal out of this. Tattle telling is what kids did in elementary school, we are all men and people needs their jobs to pay bills. Maybe the Owners son doesn't understand that concept because he never actually felt the actual experience of having to deal with crap and tattle telling employees. Benji is a good kid and an excellent employee. Hopefully as a business you guys will see how because how a person was treated, was the reason you guys are getting more business because you c

Atmosphere is adorable. The workers are super nice. The ice cream tastes good. The problem is that the texture of the ice cream is extremely off. For the premium price they are charging I expect cream, milk, sugar, and flavors. There are so many additives in this ice cream that it doesn't melt like normal ice cream. The ice cream also has a pull to it that's similar to warm taffy. It's just weird. I don't know that I'll go back. At this point we're just going to have to make our own ice cream.

Great place. Huge selection of ice cream flavors. Friendly service. And a soda pop bar! Monthly specials/sundaes and a deal of some kind every day. We took my daughter for a big surprise and got her the cotton candy burrito. This thing was massive and any 7year old kid's dream. It was $9 after tax. She enjoyed it but it definitely had to get put in the freezer for multiple leftovers hahha

My fiance got the banana cream pie milkshake, and it was pretty good. My daughter and I got the cotton candy burrito. First time trying it ever, and its actually good. However, I will say that I personally do not care- but other customers who want to try this for the first time might not be happy because the 2 young men working dont know how to make a burrito out of cotton candy. It looked like a blob. But it was good. I tried cherry cream and sprinkles and my daughter got black cherry with gummy worms

Now this is where it’s at! Lakeland Ice Cream Company blew me away with the number of flavors—they have so many fun and unique options, it’s honestly a little overwhelming (in the best way). Be prepared to take your time deciding because everything sounds amazing. They also have a super cool wall of gummy candy you can buy, which I thought was a fun touch. I tried the Butterscotch and Heavenly Hash—both were absolutely delicious. Just a heads-up: if you get two scoops, they’re huge (check the pictures). You definitely get your money’s worth. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even with the Sunday night crowd. It was a little busy, but nothing crazy or unexpected. Overall, a great experience and I’d absolutely return for another sweet treat!
